Job Description

Are you a positive creative and ambitious person Do you have several years of experience in business management and your own business network Are you a born leader who is great at organising has great attention to detail and understands how to deliver results Solution based on preventive genetic testing is seeking a Country Manager to join our dynamic team.

GenePlanet is an innovative hightech company present in more than 40 countries. We specialize in providing preventive genetic tests that empower individuals to take control of their health.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual who is capable of excellent performance in the role of a Country Manager focusing on medical genetic tests with a focus on prenatal screening (NIPT).

You will not only seek new business opportunities but also manage different expert teams to optimize existing sales processes and seek new sales channels and opportunities with out of the box thinking.

You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales forging strong relationships with clients and exploit new opportunities discovered on the market.

Tasks

Your skills:

  • Hands on sales driven and goaloriented person with emphasised people skills.
  • Excellent selling communication and negotiation skills.
  • A solid background in business development and team management.
  • Indepth knowledge of the local healthcare industry and laboratory business particularly in the private sector.
  • Proven leadership skills ability to motivate sales team and work on individual weaknesses.
  • Proficiency in English is a MUST any additional language is a plus.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree (medicine biotechnology biology medicine biochemistry microbiology or similar).
  • Knowledge of the local NIPT and other first trimester screening products.
  • Experience in working in the field of gynaecology or laboratory business.
