Senior Mobile/Flutter Software Engineer (f/m/d)
Your mission at vialytics:
You play a key role in shaping the core mobile application that helps cities digitize and simplify road infrastructure management. Your mission is to drive the evolution of our app making it robust scalable and intuitive so that municipalities and partners can detect road damage automatically streamline their workflows and make smarter decisions every day. What you build directly supports the work of public services and has a tangible impact on how cities operate.
Your contribution to the product
- Enhance Core Functionality using Flutter: You develop and maintain features that enable highquality data capture such as images GPS or sensor data and ensure they are effectively visualized on mobile devices.
- UserCentric Design: You collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create intuitive clean and accessible user interfaces for both field and office use.
- CrossPlatform Excellence: You ensure that our app performs reliably responds quickly and remains consistent across both Android and iOS.
- Quality & Stability: You write clean testable code and conduct code reviews to ensure a stable and secure application.
- Continuous Improvement: You monitor app performance gather user feedback and drive enhancements that improve the user experience and boost operational efficiency.
Skills that define you
- Technology Stack: Solid experience with Flutter/Dart in complex productiongrade applications experience with SQL databases deep understanding of nuances related to API integrations and related technologies familiarity with performance optimization techniques to ensure smooth and responsive user experiences.
- State Management: Indepth knowledge of state management solutions (e.g. Provider Riverpod Bloc) and their best practices throughout the app lifecycle.
- Platform Integration: Strong understanding of native platforms (Swift/ObjC for IOS or Kotlin/Java for Android) for implementing custom plugins and integrations when needed.
- UI/UX Skills: Proven track record of collaborating closely with designers and product managers to refine and improve UI/UX incl. expecience with Figma or similar tools experience in building intuitive user journeys and maintaining design consistency across screens.
