Job Description
Tasks
- Designing and delivering monthly financial and analytical reports to the management and monitoring performance at the Regional level
- Collaborating with the countries within the Region in planning developing and monitoring the IT operating expenses and budgets
- Providing solid reliable and accurate analytical financial information regarding IT expenses
- Initiating and managing budgeting and forecasting processes and monitoring deviations
- Optimizing and developing reporting and analysis processes
- Conducting ad hoc analysis to support IT Management team in their decisionmaking
- Developing and establishing ongoing IT and project cost reporting (CAPEX OPEX and defined KPIs).
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Business Analysis or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience ideally in the area of IT and/or project controlling in an international company
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
- Fluent in English another European language such as French German etc. is a plus
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent quality awareness and problemsolving skills;
- Experience in the logistics industry (i.e. contract logistics / freight forwarding) is an advantage.
