As our new Business Development Manager People Purchasing you will play a pivotal role in scaling our Purchasing teams talent strategy across Europe. Youll partner closely with both the People and Purchasing teams to ensure we attract hire and retain top talent to support our ambitious growth plans.

You will report directly to Josefine Tonn Director People Talent Acquisition Europe.
Act as a strategic partner to the Purchasing and Talent Acquisition teams across Europe aligning hiring strategies with business growth objectives.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with department heads to track hiring progress and ensure headcount goals are met.
Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies leveraging diverse talent sourcesincluding international markets and relocation agencieswhile analyzing KPIs to boost efficiency reduce timetohire and optimize costperhire.
Lead regular market reviews with stakeholders proactively identifying challenges and driving actionable solutions.
Enhance sourcing strategies and processes to support global growth operational scalability and continuous process improvement within the People function.
Proven experience in business development project management or a similar roleideally within fastpaced scaleup environmentssupported by a degree in business management or a related field.
Strong project management and crossfunctional collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and drive results.
Exceptional communication skills enabling effective influence and engagement with senior stakeholders.
Solutionoriented and decisive thriving in dynamic fastchanging environments with a growthhacking mindset and strong business acumen to identify and implement innovative solutions.
Fluency in English required; German language skills are a strong plus.
