Job Description: You ll play a critical role in managing and maintaining accurate business records. This role involves entering updating and verifying data to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Data Collection and Preparation: Gather data from various sources. Accurately input update and maintain data in company systems or databases ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Data Analysis: Analyse data using statistical methods data mining techniques and other analytical tools to identify trends patterns and insights. Also Verify the accuracy of information and resolve any discrepancies.
Data Interpretation: Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights focusing on the implications for business operations and decisionmaking.
Data Visualization: Present data findings in a clear and concise manner using charts graphs and other visual tools to communicate insights effectively. Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.
Data Retrieval: Organize and manage data files to ensure easy retrieval and access.
Collaboration: Work with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs communicate data insights and collaborate on datadriven projects. Also ensure data consistency across departments.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and data trends providing insights to stakeholders as per management guidelines.
Skills:
Technical
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word) or similar software.
Strong typing speed and accuracy with experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
Soft
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Commitment to accuracy and precision.
Education and Experience:
Mail :
Graduation with studies in Statistics Data Interpretation and Project management.
Additional training or certifications in data analysis are a plus.
12 Years of Experience in EPC projects would be preferred.
meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits. demonstrating and presenting products. establishing new business. maintaining accurate records. attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings. reviewing sales performance. negotiating contracts and packages.
