Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Production Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with up to 1 year of experience looking to gain handson experience in a fastpaced production environment. As a Production Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes contributing to the overall quality and output of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daytoday operations of the production line ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor production processes and identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and report any major issues to senior engineers or maintenance personnel.
- Contribute to the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity quality and safety.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate production records including logs reports and documentation of any deviations or issues encountered.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of production data to identify trends and inform decisionmaking.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering quality control and maintenance to achieve production goals.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.E/
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in a production environment
- Must be able to handle daytoday production activities under supervision.
- Must be able to maintain production documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
