Profile Requirements:

  • Bookkeeping Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Clerk.
  • Technology Requirements:
  • Candidates must have dual monitor as requested by clients
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles financial reporting and accounting practices.
  • Accounting Software Proficiency
  • Proficiency in Xero is required.
  • Experience with MYOB is highly regarded and considered a strong advantage.
  • Excel Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including the ability to use formulas pivot tables and data analysis tools for financial tracking and reporting.
  • Australian Accounting Standards
  • Experience working with Australian clients.
  • Solid understanding of GST compliance tax regulations and payroll standards in Australia.
  • Attention to Detail & Organization
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills especially when working in fastpaced environments.
  • Communication & Collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to keep conversations going professionally and confidently whether with clients or internal teams.
  • Comfortable taking calls when needed and maintaining clear helpful communication.

Core responsibilities:

This is a remote position.
