Responsibilities:
Proactively support professionals in managing and following up on litigation files.
Coordinate calendars: appointments hearings events committees.
Ensure deadlines are met and follow up on files and deliverables.
Prepare standard litigation documents: procedure binders exhibits authorities.
Transcribe dictations and proofread documents.
Make professional followup calls and reminders to clients.
Perform various administrative tasks: billing time entries expense reports filing etc.
What you will need to succeed:
Diploma in secretarial studies legal secretarial studies or equivalent training.
3 years of experience in legal secretarial work litigation required.
Strong command of litigation procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word (advanced) Outlook and Excel.
Knowledge of Ma tre and iManage Work 10 software (an asset).
Bilingual in English and French to assist clients in both languages.
Discretion courtesy professionalism organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Team spirit initiative attention to detail.
