Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting customer service operations handling inquiries resolving issues and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is professional organized and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson
Provide accurate information regarding services pricing and company policies
Document customer interactions and track service issues
Assist in resolving complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments
Maintain uptodate knowledge of products and services
Support other administrative and operational functions as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fastpaced environment
