We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support and enhance our internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating communication strategies maintaining consistent messaging across departments and ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing internal and external communication strategies
Prepare company newsletters press releases and announcements
Coordinate communication between departments to ensure message consistency
Draft and proofread communications for leadership and client correspondence
Maintain and update internal documentation and communication materials
Organize and support company events and presentations
Monitor and report on communication outcomes and performance metrics
Ensure all communication aligns with the companys tone and brand standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations English or related field
Minimum 12 years of experience in a communications or administrative role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
