We are currently seeking a detailoriented and highly organized Events Assistant to join our team in Houston TX. The Events Assistant will support the planning and execution of corporate events conferences and meetings. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding event experiences.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and execution of events from concept to completion
Support event logistics including venue setup catering arrangements guest list management and scheduling
Communicate with vendors partners and internal teams to ensure seamless event operations
Maintain event documentation budgets and postevent reports
Monitor and manage event timelines to ensure all milestones are met
Provide onsite support during events and address any immediate issues
Handle administrative tasks related to event planning as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Communications Business or a related field preferred
1 year of experience in event planning administration or a similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends depending on event schedules
