Sociaxe is seeking a dependable and detailoriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Cleveland OH. This role involves providing professional support to customers by addressing inquiries resolving concerns and ensuring a seamless service experience. You will play an essential role in maintaining positive relationships with our clients and contributing to our customer success initiatives.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products services and company policies
Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving product or service issues
Document all interactions and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree is a plus
Proven experience in a customer service or support role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
