Sociaxe is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive professional and capable of managing a wide range of tasks with discretion and efficiency. Responsibilities
Manage schedules appointments and travel arrangements
Organize and coordinate meetings conferences and calls
Handle confidential information with discretion
Perform general administrative duties such as filing data entry and email management
Draft and edit correspondence reports and other documents
Assist with personal errands and occasional onsite support
Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts
Monitor and respond to routine requests in a timely manner
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
High level of discretion and professionalism
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
