We are looking for a Customer Care Admin Specialist who is looking for an exciting new challenge to apply their passion for people and customer experience! This role is people centric where you will be able to connect with customers from all walks of life.
No two days will be the same so be ready to use your problemsolving skills and ability to adapt with a range of enquiries from online orders issuing credits or handling finance enquiries.
This role will allow you to work across multiple customer touch points with a variety of our brands at our admin / contact centre based in our SSO office on Warehouse Way Auckland.
You will need to be available to work 40 hours per week between 8am to 5pm (Mon Sun)
Qualifications :
We are looking for someone who are as passionate about Thinking Customer as we are. If you consider yourself reliable and have previous experience within fast paced customer service environment whether this is in a call centre retail or hospitality (to name a few!) then this could be a great fit for you.
