The OTRS Sales Manager (f/m/d) is the first point of contact in all customer requests and plays a key role in our companys success:
- You are part of an international team and attend customer projects from preparation of proposals to the contract conclusion
- You enable our customers to solve complex challenges with the help of OTRS
- You maintain business contacts and open up new sales channels
Qualifications :
You are goaloriented dynamic and enthusiastic We are sure you also fulfill the following requirements:
- You hold a bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in software sales preferably in CRM or enterprise applications
- Your English language skills are exceptional and you feel at ease in an international environment
- Working with Microsoft Office applications is part of your daily routine
- IT Services Corporate Training or HelpDesk experience preferred
