Job Description
About the Role:
At Summerset we place high value on providing an exceptional dining experience for our residents and visitors. To provide this we have implemented a new food strategy to enhance the overall dining experience for our residents and visitors. Therefore we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant who has a genuine interest in providing quality services.
The shift details involves working Sunday through to Wednesday. (1.30pm to 7.30pm Monday Wednesday and 8am to 2pm on Sunday)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Following the requirements of the Food Control Plan to ensure that all elements are completed as documented
- Cleaning of all kitchen surfaces including washing dishes and removing rubbish from the kitchen
- Working with the chef to unload and put away stock
- Supporting the chef with food preparation
Qualifications :
About You:
You will be outgoing friendly and have a cando attitude accompanied by great communication skills. To be successful you will bring:
- Top class customer service to ensure a great experience to our residents and their guests
- The ability to provide high quality and timely support for the Chef
