  • Resolve customer inquiries via phone chat and email.
  • Conduct analysis on customers profiles to ensure the appropriate management of the account.
  • Help users cover their balances adjust their accounts and monitor their activities.
  • Prevent detected fraudsters from further access.
  • Handle risk management cases across all interfaces and systems.
  • Implement company chargebacks manage compromised accounts and recover funds in accordance with the companys risk management policies.
