Your role
As our Service Coordinator youll be the goto person who keeps everything ticking behind the scenes. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and Coordination Organising site visits reactive servicing and annual maintenance visits.
- Stakeholder Communication Liaising with teams customers and contractors.
- Billing and Database Management Managing service and maintenance payments.
- Admin and Documentation Processing orders quotes and maintaining records.
- Customer Engagement Handling inquiries emails and supporting customer service.
- Sales Identifying opportunities to sell annual maintenance packages.
- Invoicing Proactive regular and timely invoicing.
