The College of Health and Wellness at NWHSU is pleased to offer a fulltime Clinical Coordinator ranked faculty position in our Radiation Therapy Program. The successful candidate will share our vision of becoming a premier provider of Radiation Therapy Programs in the Midwest and will help advance that vision through their teaching. Faculty members will also contribute to the integrative health focused mission of the University encouraging learning across all disciplines.
Through online and in person educational models and using the latest technology this individual will help mold the next generation of Radiation Therapists. NWHSU recently invested in a dedicated virtual linear accelerator lab to enhance and support instruction in the program.
The Clinical Coordinator responsibilities will account for 25% of this role and teaching will account for 75% of this role. This fulltime position will have both direct instruction and lab teaching responsibilities and will be assigned courses to teach in the program each trimester. This is a yearround faculty position where academic rank and compensation will be determined by qualifications and experience.
Work Location: Bloomington MN with flexibility to work 12 days per week remotely; must live local and be able to come to campus as needed.
Course Assignments May Include: Clinical Education training and other assigned RTH courses.

Compensation:
$60000$64000 (Instructor); $64000 $68000 (Assistant Professor); the rank of Associate Professor may be considered based on qualifications and experience with salary determined by market data and internal equity. Starting salary may exceed the stated hiring range and will be based on related professional experience.
Academic rank and compensation are determined by a combination of education related professional experience and internal equity considerations. NWHSU is committed to fair and equitable pay practices and does not base compensation decisions on gender or any other protected status.
