Job Description

The Development Coordinator III Seattle Childrens Annual Giving & Guild Association supports key elements of the Annual Giving and Guild Association fundraising teams programs including but not limited to coordinating projects managing standard communications and mailings maintaining donor data integrity and providing special event support. The coordinator works closely with both fundraising teams to implement strategies that drive goals forward ensure effective communication and manage operational solutions. This position oversees a moderate to high volume of complex work.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience that demonstrates knowledge and (5) years of program coordination support including a minimum of two (2) years managing and successfully completing multiple projects working on process improvement projects with crossfunctional track record convening and facilitating dialogue with multiple and diverse with drafting editing and developing communications and/or reports.

Required Credentials
Current Washington State drivers license.

Preferred
Two years experience working in a notforprofit organization of similar size and in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Teams).Experience in task management solutions such as with graphic design software (InDesign Illustrator etc.)Experience working with data management preferably a customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Blackbaud CRM or Raisers working with in coordinating and/or supporting special events.

Compensation Range

$71578.00 $107366.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on fulltime employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
