Job Description
If youre a patientfocused Lead / Head Dental Nurse looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment look no further than City Centre Dental & Implant Clinic in Manchester.
- Fulltime hours 40 hours a week
- Full flexible to work across practice opening hours (requiring approx. 1 evening a week)
- Practice working hours are Mon 7:458pm TuesThurs 7457pm and Fri 7.455pm
- Leading a team of 14 nurses to ensure we deliver the best levels of patient care in a safe compliant environment
- Close to all public transport links
Located in the heart of Manchester our 12surgery implant and referral clinic is a wellregarded and leading provider of dental services with a full range of treatments on offer. We provide clinical excellence in dentistry and our renowned services and dental expertise are utilised in our skilled approach to the individual needs of each and every patient.
If you are a Lead / Head Dental Nurse looking to work in a positive and friendly team environment with supportive and highly skilled clinicians and where you can further develop your career then this is the practice for you. The Lead Nurse is a key part of the leadership team consisting of practice manager assistant manager and treatment coordinator.
About you
We welcome your application to our Lead Dental Nurse vacancy if you have the following skills and qualifications
- Valid certification or diploma in Dental Nursing
- Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
- Previous experience in a similar lead nurse role
- A positive attitude empathy and the ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues
- 121 leadership of a nursing team
- Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues and providing exceptional standards of care.
