Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a ICT Test Engineer located in Austin TX.
Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager the ICT Test Engineer will in charge for sustaining ICT test programs for a variety of customers in different industries (quality etc.) and is responsible for implementing and maintaining costeffective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems software and/or equipment.

What a typical day looks like:
- Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment or software and systems testing.
- Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development procurement installation and calibration of instruments equipment and control devices required to test telemeter and record test data.
- Determines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations.
- Interfaces and confers with scientific engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions incomplete test data data interpretation or coding issues.
- Analyzes and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering and management personnel.
- Develops or uses computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software.
- Trains and instructs floor support test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software as well as proper problemsolving techniques.
- Resolves test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.
- Develops and/or supports quality comprehensive test programs.
- Develops or modifies test models.
- Performs written evaluation of fault grade.
- Develops quotes for test development and enhancements.
- Performs test ability evaluation (DFT).
- Performs mechanical evaluation of test fixtures.
- Coordinates 3rd part development of incircuit programs enhancements and test fixtures
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or related field
- 6 years of related experience supporting ICT testing in an electronic manufacturing environment.
- ICT Keysight 3070 programming troubleshooting and support experience.
- Must have experience with Boundary scan (IEEE 1149).
- Experience working with and presenting to a cross functional team internal stakeholders and external customers/vendor engineers.
- Experience working with Teradyne and Genrad ICT Testing Equipment (preferred).
- Python Perl scripting experience (preferred).
