Job Description
- As Product Manager in the Commercial Goods business unit you will be responsible for driving innovation and new program development specifically for private labels and DIY consumer goods
- Responsibilities include product strategy development creation and implementation of product roadmap from forming a concept to launch of new product lines
- Drive innovation management and develop new product ideas by means of user experience studies collaboration with product sourcing / engineering teams and competitive benchmarking
- Lead product packaging development across branded cobranded and private label following internal or customer design guidelines
- Product content development including value proposition and unique selling points
- Follow release processes from concept to product launch
- Define price corridors and price points by technology product line and brand strategy
- Develop communication elements (sales argumentations USP key visuals OE successes) and enable internal and external marketing teams (trainings product specs knowledge selling points standard presentations online/offline content)
Qualifications :
- 35 years of related work experience
- Strategic mindset with experience in innovative product development and/or new product launches across Consumer Packaged Goods and Private Labels
- Experience working in a crossfunctional matrix organization
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Excellent verbal written and presentation skills with ability to author presentations and reports
- Knowledge and strong skills with MS Office applications financial modeling written reports database analysis and SAP experience a plus
- Willing to travel 10%

The U.S. base salary range for this fulltime position is $80000 $120000. Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc.
