Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented HR Assistant to support our HR department in managing daytoday operations including recruitment compliance and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be organized proactive and capable of fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the endtoend recruitment process including job postings screening and interview scheduling
Support compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies
Promote a healthy and motivational workplace culture aligned with company values
Handle employee concerns and assist in conflict resolution with professionalism and discretion
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external candidates
Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Maintain and update employee records using HR software and systems
Support employee engagement and relations initiatives
Help implement performance management and employee development processes
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
12 years of experience in an HR role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
