Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare highquality MD Memos and decisionsupport materials for internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Validate and assess real estate opportunities in close collaboration with internal departments and external partners
- Take an active role in the development of new site from early planning through to implementation
- Manage project timelines budgets and stakeholder expectations across multiple markets
- Ensure compliance with internal governance processes corporate real estate policies and relevant regulations
- Liaise crossfunctionally with teams such as Finance Legal chosen MDs to deliver endtoend project outcomes
- Monitor progress report on key milestones and proactively resolve risks or bottlenecks
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate development corporate real estate project management or site expansion
- Strong business writing skills with experience preparing executivelevel documentation (ideally MD memos or board materials)
- Excellent organizational analytical and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable operating in a fastpaced and international corporate environment
- Fluency in English
- Academic background in Real Estate Business Administration Architecture Urban Planning or related field is preferred
