Build and manage HR dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
Work extensively with SAP HR modules and other HR IT systems for data management and reporting.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support the creation of predictive analytics models and provide actionable insights for HR strategy.
Ensure data integrity compliance and security in all HR digitalization and reporting activities.
Identify opportunities for innovation in HR processes through technology.
Provide user training and support for HR digital tools and platforms.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Technology Data Science or a related field.
Experience : 2 to 5years
Mandatory/requires Skills : 2 to 5 years of proven experience in HR Digitalization Analytics or a related field.
Handson experience with Power BI (dashboard creation data visualization reporting).
Strong working knowledge of SAP HR systems (SuccessFactors SAP HCM etc.).
Exposure to IT systems and good understanding of HR data management.
Analytical mindset with excellent problemsolving and data interpretation skills.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with HR IT and Business teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Skills : Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python for data analysis).
Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in HR.
Exposure to cloudbased HR platforms.
Certification in SAP Power BI or HR Analytics tools.
