Job Description
As a Betting Cashier you will be responsible for delivering top customer service and driving standards on a daily basis.
Reporting to the Betting Supervisor you will be part of the Betting Office Team who will be serving customers and building a rapport.
What you will do
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Always urging safer gambling.
- Process customer transactions including cash handling
- Open operate and close the Tote terminal so as to provide instant and diligent service to customers at both booths or tables offering a table service as required.
- To carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Betting Supervisor.
- To ensure the Think 25 policy is adhered to at all times.
Qualifications :
- You must be 18 years of age or over to work in one of our stadia.
- Do you a passion for delivering great customer service!
- Do you enjoy building strong relationships and can you communicate effectively
- Are you selfmotivated and proactive
- Are you happy to work alone or as part of team
- Ability to deal with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
