At Williams Racing were not just building carswere engineering Formula 1 history. As our Laminating Team Leader youll be at the heart of our worldclass composite manufacturing operation directly influencing the performance of our F1 cars on the global stage.
YOUR MISSION
Lead a skilled team of composite specialists in delivering flawless components that withstand the extreme demands of Formula 1 racing. Youll balance technical expertise with leadership prowess to achieve precision efficiency and excellence in every carbon fibre component that leaves your department.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Composite engineering qualification or completed apprenticeship
- Proven laminating expertise with the ability to coach and elevate team skills
- Sharp problemsolving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills that inspire commitment across departments
- Experience managing small teams (desired)
- F1 or similar highperformance environment experience (beneficial)
