Are you passionate about precision craftsmanship and motorsport excellence Williams Racing is seeking a skilled Composite Technician to join our dedicated weekend team playing a crucial role in creating the cuttingedge components that power our F1 cars to the grid.
What youll do:
- Transform highperformance carbon fibre components with meticulous trimming and fitting
- Assemble and bond composite parts to exacting F1 standards
- Execute precision repairs using specialized techniques
- Work collaboratively across departments to optimize production
- Be part of the iconic Williams Racing legacy
The perfect weekend schedule:
- Friday Sunday (33 hours)
- Ideal worklife balance with four days off per week
You bring:
- 5 years of composite trimming and assembly expertise (F1 experience preferred)
- Mastery of adhesive specifications and surface preparation techniques
- Precisionfocused mindset and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
