Report directly to the management of the business unit.
Qualifications :
Degree in the field of business management sales or economics.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience including proven leadership of sales teams in highpressure environments.
Mandatory experience in the automotive industry specifically in remarketing or used vehicle operations.
Natural commercial mindset with exceptional great communication emotional intelligence and strong sales skills.
Used to strategizing preparing and presenting reports based on performance.
Experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed KPIs.
Business fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
