Job Description
- In this position you continuously develop concepts processes and IT applications for our SAP HCM application landscape acting as a key expert for HR customers regarding the German SAP time management module.
- With your technical expertise you actively steer Externals and the international developer team for the SAPbased shiftplanning application. You are in close contact with the customer and support them when changes are needed.
- Furthermore you are responsible for implementing metal tariff agreements and ensuring the resolution of incidents and change requests primarily within the SAP HCM PT area to maintain smooth system operations.
- You provide technical consulting for PA support in S/4 and Employee Central projects contributing to the successful integration and optimization of HR processes.
- A significant part of your role involves close collaboration with German customers as well as geographically distributed IT teams across Europe America and AsiaPacific to drive innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Education: completed university studies in Business informatics or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of HR processes; Ability to read and debug ABAP code is beneficial
- Personality and Working Practice: your confident appearance distinguishes you you have a very good selforganization you see yourself as a team player; your customer and solutionoriented nature complements your overall profile
- Enthusiasm: you enjoy working in distributed teams of customers consultants and in international teams of software developers and external service providers.
- Languages: fluent written and spoken German and English
*In accordance with our regulations the gross annual salary for this position is at least 86.000 EUR for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the eligibility requirements based on collective agreements) in the case of a comprehensive execution of job requirements. In addition there is an individual performancerelated pay a bonus based on the companys success as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
