FILING DEADLINE

WORK SCHEDULE
This is a part time position with working hours to be assigned at the discretion of the Recreation and Community Services Department. Applicants must be available to work flexible hours which may include mornings afternoons and occasional weekends.
THE POSITION
Under general supervision the Lifeguard will ensure safe use of the pool aquatic facility and general safety of children; supervise conduct of pool patrons; enforce swimming pool rules and respond to emergency situations as required; administer First Aid CPR and perform other lifesaving activities. The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining and work safely with materials and equipment maintain accurate files and records and perform other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
