How do you excel in this position
This position is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the service department.
What are we looking for
- Associate degree in Computer Science Information Systems Technology or related field . Bachelors degree preferred.
- At least 2 years related experience in computer hardware/software help desk or PC operations.
- Working experience in the HVAC or mechanical industry required.
- Experience with ServiceMax a plus.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS SQL and Office Suite required. Web design a plus.
- Proficient communication interpersonal coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fastpaced timesensitive environment.
