Join the Client Onboarding & Service (COS) teamas a Vice President Business Execution Lead where youll drive strategic initiatives and lead the CSO operating model conversion. This role offers career growth and the chance to work on highimpact projects within the Innovation Economy.

As a Business Execution Lead within the CS&I COS team you will lead the endtoend lifecycle for the CSO operating model conversion and client visit initiatives. You will coordinate crossfunctional teams develop detailed plans and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. This role is crucial in assisting senior management and coordinating the deployment of corporate resources to achieve strategic goals.

The CS&I COS team focuses on client onboarding and service playing a vital role in the Innovation Economy. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management and influence key business decisions. The role requires strong storytelling skills with financial data and expertise in PowerPoint.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the CSO operating model conversion and client visit initiatives.
  • Develop detailed plans timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Monitor progress and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead adhoc analyses and growth strategy projects.
  • Own materials and preparation for key business reviews.
  • Analyze business processes for improvement opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications.
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • Six years of relevant work experience in banking management consulting or equivalent fields.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to outline work processes and gather knowledge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong professional presence and ability to communicate with leadership.
  • Ability to lead a small team and influence colleagues.
  • Ability to collaborate across business and staff areas.
  • Mature organized selfmotivated and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • Experience in leading business analytics projects.
  • Strong storytelling skills with financial data.
  • Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops.
  • Experience in addressing and resolving resistance to change.
