Job Description
North Hill Resources operates as a landscaping supplier for the Skagit Valley and surrounding communities. The primary purpose of The Heavy Equipment Operator position is to operate heavy equipment such as loaders excavators dozers loading up clients with product etc. This position will also be responsible for setup inspection and performing minor maintenance on equipment as needed.
This position is Part Time: Monday & Tuesday. As needed to cover for vacations etc.

- Setup inspect & perform minor maintenance on equipment.
- Accurately and safely load trucks & trailers.

- Ability to cooperate collaborate and communicate with clients and management.
- Experienced as a Heavy Equipment Operator for 2 years preferred.
- 18 years old
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
- High School or equivalent (required)
- Drug Free Business
- Clean driving record
- US Citizen
- NonExempt Hourly $20$30.00 per hourDOE
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and/or hear.
- The employee frequently is required to stand walk stoop kneel crouch climb ladders and work in inclement weather.
- The employee must frequently use fine hand manipulation (working with tools).
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position
- The position typically operates outdoors in all weather.
- This role routinely uses tools heavy machinery and drives company vehicles.
- The noise level in the work environment varies.
