Job Description
Conrad Indianapolisis looking for a Spa Concierge to join their amazingSpaTeam! This is an amazing opportunity to grow your career in a Fortune 500 company within a sophisticated luxury brand.
As the citys first true luxury hotel and only Forbes recommended hotel in the state this 23story tower has 247 rooms 15000 square feet of banquet space and 3 food and beverage outlets.This includes The Capital Grille Tastings Wine Bar & Bistro and inroom dining.
Classification:PartTime (24 shifts/ week)
Shift: Various (Shifts will vary between 7:30am/8:30am 4:30pm or 12:30pm 6:30pm/7:30pm) must be available to weekdays weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing
As a Spa Concierge you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to all our spa guests. You will schedule spa appointments check in and out guests and assist with retail sales.
- Greet and welcome arriving guests.
- Issue lockers and other supplies for guest use.
- Make appointments.
- Handle spa billing.
- Assist retail sales.
- Demonstrate knowledge of all spa treatments and facilities.
