What will be your daily pursuit
Your daily pursuit is leading the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort ensuring every room reflects our commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
What will your compensation be
The starting salary for this position is $20.50 per hour.

What will you do in this job
- Assist in management of all aspects of housekeeping operations: scheduling ordering inventory performance management etc.
- Communicates with front desk and general management to ensure arriving guest rooms are clean and prepared
- Ensure staff spaces are clean and sanitized
- Invest in housekeeping team through training and teaching
- Maintain quality control through room inspection
- Assist team with cleaning and preparing rooms when necessary
- Keeps recordofpotentialsafety andmaintenance issues and communicatesdetails to supervisor
- Assistas neededwith set up of rooms forspecial eventsmeetings conferences and banquets
- Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
- Bea utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
What skills and experience do you need for this job
- 12 years housekeeping management experience required
- Prior highvolume hotel/season housekeeping experience preferred
- Workethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
- Willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
- Committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning& sanitizingstandards
- Organized with a greateye for detail
- Kind to others and always bring your best
- Agood communicator always suggesting ideas and solutions
- Helpful and friendly willing to go the extra mile
