We are seeking an IT Release Analyst to coordinate and improve our release management processes. This role provides the opportunity to influence processes procedures and tooling while collaborating with global teams on our journey to becoming a digital leader.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about improving release processes and eager to contribute to a dynamic distributed team.
How will you contribute:
Process and Tool Updates: Communicate updates and changes to processes and tools.
Multifunctional Collaboration: Liaise and facilitate communication between business areas and functional IS groups.
Team Coordination: Work closely and coordinate effectively within a highperforming team.
Responsibilities:
Continuously review and improve the release management process to improve efficiency reduce risk to allow for successful deployments.
Works with teams to drive resolution.
Works closely with change enablement team in support of the implementation of releases.
Produce reports and metrics for release management analyzing and trending the data linking release with change and incident.
Ensures operational readiness of changes before their implementation into production.
Skills and Experience:
2 to 3 years of experience in managing release processes within a complex environment.
ITIL Certification preferred.
Experience working with ServiceNow preferred.
Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Understanding of DevOps practices.
Proficiency in release management tools.
Familiarity with Change Management practices.

Salary range is expected to be between
$71925.00 CAD $119875.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant jobrelated factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
