Your impact
As an intern youll make an impact by:
You will attend project meetings and actively participate in discussions regarding smart manufacturing initiatives.
You will document key discussion points decisions and action items. This role requires attention to detail to ensure clarity and accountability among team members. Your documentation will serve as an essential reference for future meetings and strategic decisionmaking processes.
You will assist in monitoring the progress of assigned tasks ensuring they are completed by the responsible parties within the agreed deadlines.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized records of project documents including plans timelines budgets and reports.
You will support effective communication across the project team by helping to prepare written materials such as meeting agendas status updates and stakeholder communications. Your role will be critical in ensuring that all team members are informed and aligned with project goals.
As an intern you are encouraged to actively seek learning opportunities whether through mentorship from experienced professionals or selfstudy. You will gain handson experience in Smart Manufacturing technologies project management practices and contribute to projects that have realworld impact.
About you
Education:You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or Masters degree in engineering business management or a related field. You have a strong academic record and a keen interest in project management and advanced manufacturing processes.
Eagerness to Learn:You are enthusiastic about manufacturing and gaining handson experience in project management. You are eager to learn from experienced professionals and apply your academic knowledge to realworld projects.
Organizational Skills: You are detailoriented manage time well and prioritize tasks effectively to help the team succeed.
Technical Proficiency:You have a basic understanding of manufacturing technologies project management software and tools and you are keen to develop your skills in using these tools to support project activities.
Communication Skills:You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You can clearly articulate ideas and information and you are comfortable interacting with team members and stakeholders.
Adaptability:You are flexible and open to working in a fastpaced environment. You embrace challenges as opportunities to learn and grow and you are willing to adapt to changing project requirements.
Team Player:You enjoy collaborating with others and are eager to contribute to a teamfocused environment. You value diverse perspectives and understand the importance of working together to achieve project goals.
Commitment to Quality:You are committed to delivering highquality work and are attentive to maintaining standards in all your tasks. You are eager to learn about implementing quality control measures in manufacturing projects.
Language Skills: Fluent in French and English.
