Job Description
DebtBusters is currently seekingFinancial Consultant(s)who will join a team of financial advisers that offer the best advice and solutions to consumers in financial difficulty. The candidate must be highly efficient energetic motivated and ambitious as well as display passion and commitment to helping our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
The position will involve:
- Consulting to clients within the following remit:
- Debt counselling and debt management
- Analysing financial circumstances
- Providing solutions and advice to financial problems
- Assisting and advising on how better to manage monthly budgets
- Managing first payments and unpaids and revenue collection
- Processing applications and collection of supporting documents
- Financial Acumen
- Excellent client service skillls
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry
- DC Accreditation
- DC Registration as soon as possible
- Passion
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Analytical
- Excellent time management
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- High levels of honesty accountability and integrity
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Ability to work and thrive within a team
- Target driven
