WHAT YOULL DO
In this Individual Contributor role you will serve as the face of Amazon to a portfolio of Hub Delivery Partners assigned to delivery stations in a predefined region.
You will own your territory in developing and executing a plan to provide bestinclass support for our Delivery Partners ensuring they launch successfully and maintain high performance quality and customer retention.
Youll accomplish this by collaborating with an integrated internal team of Station Operations Managers and Program Managers. Youll work to analyze problems discover insights deliver recommendations and drive change both internally and externally. This is a high impact type role where you will be collaborating with a new team and new processes from scratch in a highly ambiguous environment that pushes forward Amazons innovation in the last mile delivery space.
Key job responsibilities
On a daily basis Account Managers are responsible for:
Coordinating quality and performance reviews to discuss business health and new opportunities as well as to provide benchmarking data and insights.
Coaching and training partners on best practices and process improvements to ensure they launch successfully and achieve performance metrics.
Serving as an advisor and single POC for partner issues questions requests escalations and concerns.
Work with a sense of urgency to drive and deliver goals while maintaining a high quality of work.
Communicating program updates operational impacts and disruptions to Delivery Partners.
Partnering with internal teams to facilitate high quality solutions on behalf of Delivery Partners (Voice of Partner).
Identifying workflow inefficiencies and working to formulate and implement operational improvements at the network level and to improve the individual Delivery Partner experience.
Willingness to travel 30%.

The Hub Delivery Partner program is part of Amazons fast growing and always evolving rural urban and global delivery program. We partner with customer obsessed small business owners who then deliver to Amazon customers. Our partners raise the bar for the delivery experience in some of the most complex last mile scenarios.
Experience with Excel
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Bachelors degree
3 years of sales or account management experience
2 years of professional experience in a supervisory or team lead role
Excellent organizational relationshipbuilding and communication (written and verbal) skills
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level
