Job Description

Skills You Bring To this Role:

  • Previous experience producing requirement specification documents.
  • Knowledge of human performance principles methodologies and technologies.
  • Capability of interfacing with design engineers to establish system design operating and training requirements to ensure optimized humanmachine interfaces.
  • Excellent communicator must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and other Integrated Product Team members as well as brief leaders/customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook

What You Need to be Successful:

  • We are looking for inquisitive and driven engineers with a passion to innovate.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Psychology or Industrial Engineering. Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience. Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered.
  • At least 2 years of experience in human factors engineering with more experience as a plus

We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell V280 Future LongRange Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Armys Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bells HighSpeed Vertical TakeOff and Landing (HSVTOL) program a next generation stopfold tiltrotor.

Human Factors Engineering (across multiple levels):

Bring your experience and ideas and help usdevelopthe pilot / vehicle interface on manned and optionally manned aircraft.

Youll work with anthropometric requirements and pilot input to create task analysis and simulations to inform how our pilots and passenger interface with the aircraft and aircraft controls.

This role will be an integral part of the team working closely the customer other Integrated Product Teams and subcontractors.

Youll be able to hone your technical abilities on significant engineering problems all while gaining experience in leadership and communication.

This position is onsite in Fort Worth TX.
