Job Description
My Equity Comp is seeking an experienced Stock Plan Administrator to join our team and work for one of the leading equity compensation firms in the industry. The Stock Plan Administrator is hungry experienced and excited to continue a career path in the Equity Compensation world. This job is not a monotonous 95 job but more of a challenging (in a fun keep you on your toes kind of way) rewarding career. The Stock Plan Administrator will provide quality stock plan administration services to companies that outsource their equity compensation stock plans to My Equity Comp. Plans can include stock options restricted stock ESPP performance shares or other equity instruments based on client requirements.
All necessary training will be provided for the job industry and My Equity Comp.

Salary & BenefitsPay range: $75k $120k. Salary commensurate with experience
Full benefits package including annual company cash bonus Medical Dental Vision 401K with match paid vacation and sick time.
Schedule Remote
Fulltime Monday Friday 7:304:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) with flexibility
Training
One week (first week) in office at our headquarters in Gold River CA.

My Equity Comp provides stock plan administration services to companies that need temporary help or are looking to outsource the stock administration function on a longerterm basis. AdditionallyMEC has established itself as the industry leader in Section 6039 IRS Form Filing and mass mailing services.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide stock plan administration services to multiple clients simultaneously
- Respond to company inquiries on various equity compensationrelated questions
- Train clients in software usage or general equity compensation principles
- Write procedures and assist clients with implementation
- Assist clients with database tasks
- Problem solve
- Communicate with clients both verbally and in writing
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of equity compensation industry experience REQUIRED
- Must reside in United States REQUIRED
- Proven knowledge of Shareworks software REQUIRED
- CEP Level 1 (ECA) minimum Strongly Preferred
- Excel proficiency REQUIRED
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detailorientated with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong customer service skills with a clientcentric mentality
- Superior communication skills verbal and written
- Strong work ethic
- Critical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Selfmotivated and able to work with little supervision
- A bachelors degree with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting Preferred
