Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager - Supply Chain

Were seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to support our indirect sourcing initiatives within our Supply Chain and Logistics category. This role is integral to driving costeffective procurement strategies managing supplier relationships and ensuring quality and supply continuity across the organization. As part of the sourcing team youll play a key role in executing the strategic vision for sourcing contracting and supplier management of goods and services.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute strategic sourcing initiatives including supply market analysis strategy development RFP management bid analysis supplier negotiations and more.
• Build strong relationships across business units to develop sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Manage supplier selection processes using market analysis RFPs eAuctions and datadriven approaches.
• Draft negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring proper document control practices.
• Oversee supplier relationships to ensure they meet quality service and cost requirements.
• Monitor category market trends and indexes to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement with a focus on supply chain logistics transportation warehousing or 3PL functions.
• Certifications: CPSM (Certified Professional Supply Chain Manager) preferred; PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas tables) SQL Tableau PowerBI and contract management tools (Ariba Oracle Contracts).
• Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation contract drafting and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and lead crossfunctional teams to achieve project deliverables.
  • Detailoriented with a datadriven approach to market insights and proposals.
  • Excellent communication presentation and organizational skills.
  • Selfmotivated innovative and capable of working independently while driving change management initiatives.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA degree.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
