We are currently seeking a Communications Specialist based in Houston Texas.
The position is a strategic part of our Global Marketing Communications Team based in Houston Texas and responsible for Marketing Communications in US with a strong leadership role in North America and key energy markets. Responsibilities include:
Job Description / Responsibilities
Development and implementation of measurable Marketing Communications Strategic Plan for US market and Premium Product lines working closely with upper level commercial management.
Management of ongoing marketing communications and brand awareness campaigns.
Planning and execution of content supporting website and social media channels. Strong contribution to content globally as needed.
Strategic planning and management of Advertising for Trade Mediaprint and online in support of commercial objectives.
Event development and management including product rollouts technical forums tradeshows and support of commercial speaking opportunities.
Budgetary responsibility
Vendor management
Understanding of Oil and Energy industry a plus
Qualifications
57 years of experience in a communications or similar role
Degree in Communications Journalism Marketing or related discipline
Flexible and have a good understanding of dynamic and challenging environments
Demonstrated writing and editing skills
Experience dealing with upper level management
