Position Summary
The La Salle Summer Camp Coordinator is responsible for managing the La Salle Summer Camp and Education Practicum experience at La Salle University. This is a temporary position with the primary hours and responsibilities taking place in the summer months of June and July. The Coordinator reports to the Chair and Graduate Director of the Education Department.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree At least 2 years K12 teaching or equivalent experience; Understanding of and support for the Lasallian mission including a commitment to social justice and working with diverse children families and communities; Commitment to safety wellness traumainformed and restorative practices; Excellent oral and written communication skills including interpersonal skills; Ability to convey and model enthusiasm about the camp; Collaborative flexible and problemsolving; Commitment to creativity and innovation in education; Proficient in navigating new technologies; Detailoriented with a commitment to producing highquality work; Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel; Knowledge of and commitment to the mission of La Salle University.

Customer service sales or marketing experience Event planning experience Experience working in or coordinating summer camp or afterschool programs
