The NRDP is a highly selective program for MBA graduates currently in its 18th year of operation. It is designed to fill our leadership pipeline through highimpact stretch assignments both in mature and emerging markets. It takes graduates from the worlds finest MBA programs on an accelerated path to regional and global leadership roles. Your customized development plan includes executive mentoring businessleader sponsorship and connection to a diverse alumni network. Automotive industry experience is not mandatory but functional experience in the area of interest is required.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

5year program with 34 assignments specific to each participants career path and organizations needs

Crossfunctional / crossregional rotations ranging from 1218 months to build the knowledge and skills needed to become a regional & global leader

Opportunities for movement to all brands within RenaultNissanMitsubishi including but not limited to Infiniti & Datsun

Support for developing key leadership qualities through mentoring feedback and leadership training

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience prior to enrolling in MBA program

Globally or regionally mobile for 5year duration of program

Strong desire to learn and contribute quickly to deliver results

Demonstration of people leadership abilities and a desire to lead teams and develop others

Fluency in English is mandatory other languages may be required for some regions
