What youll do
We are seeking a Lead Product Manager with a strong background in legal or legal technology to drive innovation in our AIpowered solutions. You will influence the vision strategy and roadmap for Docusigns AIpowered agreement repository a key component of Docusigns Intelligent Agreement Management platform. You will be an expert in customer problems understand how agreements are related to each other and endtoend user journeys around managing agreements and create a roadmap aligned to both. You will expand Navigator use cases to drive adoption and add new value for the enterprise customer segment while working closely with other Product Managers UX Engineering and Product Marketing as you define requirements for new features and bring them to market.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director Product Management.
Responsibility
Build strategy and roadmap that supports the goals of Docusign Navigator and Intelligent Agreement Management
Collect customer feedback and partner with Research team to identify and validate customer problems around managing agreements
Define and effectively communicate product goals and requirements and work crossfunctionally with Design and Engineering to implement solutions
Analyze cost/benefit tradeoffs and facilitate discussions to reach partner consensus
Define critical metrics implement tracking mechanisms and measure feature success postlaunch
Partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams on gotomarket plans for a successful feature launch
Present product strategy to teams and executive leaders to get feedback and agreement
Influence effectively without authority in and outside of the Product team
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between inoffice and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly inoffice expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- 8 years of related work experience
- Experience with contract law legal operations or legal technology
- Experience with and thorough understanding of contract structures and methods for organizing them
- Experience directly engaging with and/or managing contracts throughout their lifecycle from creation and negotiation to execution and analysis
- Experience working crossfunctionally with Product Management Design Engineering Operations Program Management Marketing Sales and Customer Support
Preferred
- J.D. or equivalent legal degree
- Analytical and problemsolving skills with an ability to align strategy customer need research data and industry trends
- Excellent written communication skills including authoring effective product requirement documents
- Excellent communicator able to convey complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences to create shared understanding resolve conflict and obtain actionable consensus
- Experience reviewing business and performance insights to make datadriven decisions
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
Based on applicable legislation the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
Washington New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $170900.00 $251325.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of preestablished sales goals. NonSales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
- Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
