Are you ready to make a difference by supporting communities and fostering growth Join the NLC as a Business Partner Grants Management and help turn great ideas into real outcomes through guidance support and connection to vital funding opportunities.

About the Role:

As the Business Partner Grants Management youll work closely with Traditional Owners Aboriginal organisations government agencies and NLC teams to help drive economic opportunity. Youll support applicants in navigating the grant application process assist with project planning and provide handson help with submissions and supporting documentation. Once funding is secured youll continue to guide recipients with compliance reporting and project supportensuring their visions come to life and thrive.

What you will Bring:

This role is more than paperworkits about people partnerships and potential. Youll need to be a strong communicator with a practical mindset capable of juggling multiple projects solving problems on the go and building relationships that make a difference. Youll bring strong written communication skills and a sharp eye for detail with experience preparing clear purposedriven documents.

In addition to this you will have:

  • Previous experience with grant funding and associated programs including application compliance financial reporting budgeting cash flow monitoring evaluation and reporting.
  • Proven success in implementing project/program management activities to a high standard with an ability to harness resources to effectively plan coordinate manage and complete activities.
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence and the ability and willingness to undertake remote travel in a manual 4WD vehicle or light aircraft.

We offer:

  • Abase salary of $81716per annum plus14.5% superannuationandsalary sacrificingup to $15900 Meal Entertainment and Holiday Accommodation benefits up to $2650 per year.
  • Other benefits under our Enterprise Agreement include:
    • District allowanceof up to $9750 per annum for individuals with dependents and $6036 without dependents (for Katherine).
    • District allowance of up to $4797 per annum for individuals with dependents and $2630 without dependents (for Darwin).
    • 5weeks annual leave leaving loading 18 days personal leave;
    • Paid Christmasclose down;
    • Upon completion of 12 months of service anAnnual airfarewith a net (in hand) value of $2724
