Job Description

Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor you will own our customers experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be wellversed in product features maintenance and repair needs technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.

Pay for this position is a base salary plus commission average earnings areper month.

Responsibilities

Actively engage customers on the Service Drive to assess needs and delivery an exceptional customer experience.

Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines for vehicle writeup handling and documentation.

Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries being the product expert on all things MercedesBenz.

Utilize dealership technology platforms to manage communication and workflow between both customers and coworkers.

Hours: Fulltime schedule of 4 or 5 day shifts within the Service Departments hours of .i 7:30am6:00pm and Sat. 8:00am5:00pm

Qualifications

Organized and friendly personality

Previous dealership Service Advisor experience and familiarity with dealership technology platforms a plus

Time management skills

Fantastic communication skills with your customers

Professional wellgroomed personal appearance

Acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines

Willing to submit to a preemployment background check
